All our services are offered in line with the ethical guidance of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Non-BPS members offer their service in line with their professional body. All our team are affiliated and regulated by one or more of the leading professional bodies in the United Kingdom. Irrespective of where you are located, our services are offered in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any any disputes will be subject to the laws of this country.
Brief clinical notes are kept with the sole purpose of supporting the therapeutic process. These notes are minimal in nature so as to reduce risks to your privacy. They do not provide an account of all session content.
Sessions last 50 minutes. Once a regular booking is in place, missed sessions will normally incur a fee as the appointment time remains reserved and available for you. Advanced notice will be given of upcoming breaks so that disruptions to the therapy process are minimised. We believe that this consistency is essential to create the sort of environment that respects the nature of the therapeutic endeavour.
Our fees reflect the level of professional preparedness each and every team member brings to their practice, whether they are registered counselling psychologists or a member of an allied discipline. All clinicians have been invited to join the team on the basis of their excellent reputation and professional standing. The team invests in ongoing professional development, individual supervision (consultation) and regular team meetings seeking to offer the best online therapy can bring.
Fees range between £120 and £200. Rates are dependent on practitioner, type of service and time of day. Reduced rates may be available from time to time.
